Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refund Policy

By accessing, registering, or making any payment on TuitionPao, the user acknowledges that they have fully read, understood, and agreed to all service details, features, pricing, and terms associated with the selected plan. Payment confirms unconditional acceptance of this Refund Policy.

All payments made on TuitionPao are strictly final, irrevocable, and 100% non-refundable under any circumstances whatsoever. No refund, reversal, chargeback, or adjustment shall be provided once a successful payment has been processed, regardless of usage status, satisfaction level, misunderstanding, or change of mind.

The user expressly agrees that they shall not initiate any chargeback, dispute, or payment reversal request through banks, payment gateways, or third-party providers after completing the transaction. Any such attempt will be treated as a violation of platform policy.

In case of fraudulent chargeback or payment dispute, TuitionPao reserves the absolute right to: suspend or permanently terminate the user account, block access to services, and initiate legal proceedings for recovery of losses and damages.

TuitionPao shall not be responsible for any user misunderstanding, expectation mismatch, or failure to review service details before payment. It is the sole responsibility of the user to evaluate the service before purchase.

Cancellation Policy

Users may request cancellation of their account or subscription by contacting support at support@tuitionpao.com. Upon verification, the account may be deactivated within 48 hours.

However, it is clearly understood and agreed that cancellation does not entitle the user to any refund, whether full, partial, or prorated, under any circumstances.

TuitionPao reserves the right to reject or deny cancellation requests in cases of misuse, abuse, fraudulent activity, or violation of platform terms.
